Biography
Brittany is a Certified Childbirth Educator, Certified Birth Doula, and perinatal pelvic biomechanics expert who has been serving birthing families since 2007. With a deep understanding of how movement influences labor, she’s helped thousands of expectant parents and professionals alike work with the body—not against it—during birth.
In addition to supporting individual families, Brittany teaches movement and pelvic alignment techniques to obstetricians, midwives, nurses, doulas, and chiropractors across the country. She is a frequent guest speaker at national and international conferences, including Evidence Based Birth, ICEA, and the ICPA Summit, where she shares her passion for improving birth outcomes through autonomy and biomechanics.
Her classes are dynamic, practical, and deeply respectful of every birthing person’s journey, making her an invaluable guide on the path to a confident and supported birth.
