Everything you need to know about our classes, from logistics to what to expect
Absolutely! This class is designed for parents at any stage of their journey. We cover everything from basic anatomy to advanced comfort techniques, making it perfect for first-time parents while still valuable for those who want to refresh their knowledge.
All live sessions are recorded and available for 9 months of access. You can watch at your own pace and revisit any section as many times as you'd like. However, we encourage live attendance for the interactive Q&A and practice sessions.
We highly recommend having your partner or support person join you. Much of the class focuses on partner support techniques, and practicing together during class ensures you're both prepared for labor day.
We recommend taking this class between 28-36 weeks of pregnancy. This timing ensures the information is fresh in your mind while giving you enough time to practice techniques and ask follow-up questions if needed.
No worries! Everyone who purchases the class receives access to the full recording, which will be available for 9 months. You can watch it anytime, at your own pace.
