Common Questions About our Classes

Do you have another question? Reach our team at info@doulasbythebay.com

Are the classes live or self-paced?
All of our classes are online and self-paced. Families can watch on their own schedule and return to any lesson as often as they’d like.
Can my partner or support person watch the classes with me?
Yes. Families are welcome to watch together, and there’s no separate registration needed. Many find it useful for everyone who’ll be part of those early weeks — a partner, a parent, a friend staying over that first month — to see the same material.
Do I need to take all of the classes?
No. Each class stands on its own, so there’s no required order and no prerequisite. Families are welcome to start with a single class, see how it fits, and watch others later. Many complete the full series; others pick the one or two topics that match where they are in their parenting journey.
