When should I book a doula?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially if you’re looking for birth or overnight postpartum support, as availability can fill quickly. Many families reserve their doula during the second or third trimester, but we also help families after baby arrives whenever availability allows.

Do you accept insurance?

We currently bill Kaiser Northern California directly for eligible members. If you have another insurance plan with out-of-network doula benefits, we can provide a superbill and supporting documentation to help you seek reimbursement. We also work with Carrot, Maven, Progyny, and HSA/FSA for eligible families.

 

What areas do you serve?

We proudly support families throughout Northern and Southern California, including the San Francisco Bay Area, Silicon Valley, East Bay, Marin, Peninsula, Sacramento, Los Angeles, Orange County, and surrounding communities. Contact us to confirm availability in your area.
